Return and Exchange Policy

Due to the uniqueness and non-renewability of the merchandise sold, as well as the potential special circumstances of cross-border transactions, this policy is formulated in strict accordance with the quality standards set out in Article 35 of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Purchase constitutes acceptance of these rules.

I. Scope of Liability and Acceptance Period

Acceptance period: 14 natural days after receipt (consistent with the logistics receipt record)
Uniqueness Statement : All works on this platform are single items (inventory is "1"), so we cannot accept exchange requests for the same product. We only support returns or negotiated compensation plans that meet the conditions.

Acceptable circumstances (meet one or more of the following conditions)

  1. Major errors and flaws

    • The product you purchased does not look like the product you ordered (the product is not what you ordered).

    • The work has traces of restoration that have not been done by archaeologists (the area of ​​late repairs is greater than 10%)

  2. Significant differences on the physical level

    • The actual size of the picture differs from the description by more than 8% (manual measurement allows for a difference of ±3cm)

    • Key mounting components are missing (such as the shaft head, top and bottom poles, and other structural parts)

  3. Transport liability accidents

    • Problems such as loss, water immersion, and deformation of items during transportation (please provide pictures of the items when they are received or more than 3 photos of the defective parts from different angles)

    • Logistics and transportation problems prevent normal delivery


II. Absolute Disclaimer (including but not limited to)

  1. Color disputes caused by color differences between monitors and mobile phone screens

  2. Natural aging of the frame (yellowing of silk, brittle glue, etc.)

  3. Customers are responsible for any damage caused by the warehouse (such as replacing the frame or cutting the center of the painting)

  4. Value judgments arising from cultural differences (such as signature location, seal order, etc.)

  5. The entire transport is damaged or destroyed due to force majeure such as natural disasters/war


3. Unique Product Processing Procedure

STEP 1 Evidence recovery (completed within 48 hours)

  • Keep the original packaging and internal filling materials intact

  • Record a continuous, unedited unboxing video (must include: ① hexahedron display of the outer packaging ② unpacking process ③ highlighting of problem points)

STEP 2 Submit your application (two job search methods)

  • Submit a return or exchange application to the online customer service. In addition to the certificate, you need to provide the order number and, if necessary, the payment receipt.

STEP 3: Process return and exchange requests

  • For returns not caused by the buyer , we provide a variety of solutions such as returns and refunds. The choice of the specific solution is entirely determined by the buyer. Please refer to the [Part 4] below for details.


IV. Return and Exchange Guidelines and Refund Time Limit

We will expedite our response to your request and provide detailed return and exchange instructions. We promise that the processing time will not exceed 48 hours.

1. Return the product and get a full refund

  • We'll confirm a pickup time with you, and your order will be picked up by a courier (return options can be discussed). Once we receive and confirm your return, we'll notify you and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll automatically receive a refund via your original payment method within 7 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and send your refund.

2. Discount Compensation

  • Please negotiate with us through online customer service or email service@antique.ink. We will agree to refund part of the payment to your bank account within 7 working days (the processing time of banks in different countries and regions is different) (up to 60% of the payment), and the goods will still belong to the buyer (need to be returned)

3. Replacement Rights

  • Please contact us through online customer service or email service@antique.ink to select the exchangeable product.

    ▷ If the replacement product value is greater than the paid product value, you will need to make up the difference and arrange for delivery again. If the returned product needs to be picked up by the logistics company, we will confirm the pickup time with you in advance (the specific delivery method can be discussed and handled)
    ▷ If the product is returned again and the value is less than the paid value, we will arrange the shipment for you and refund the difference to your bank account within 7 working days (the processing time of banks in different countries and regions varies). The returned product will be picked up by the logistics company, and we will confirm the pickup time with you in advance (the specific return method can be discussed and handled)

  • ▷ The value of the goods replaced again = the value of the goods paid. We will arrange delivery for you. The goods to be returned will be picked up by the logistics company. We will confirm the pickup time with you in advance (the specific return method can be discussed and handled)

V. Legal Parks and Enforcement

  1. For customers from mainland China, the special provisions of Article 626 of the Civil Code regarding "sales based on samples" apply.

  2. For customers in Hong Kong and Macau, please follow Section 14(2) of the Sale of Goods Ordinance (SGO).

  3. The Hague Conference on Private International Law's Choice of Court Agreement Clock is the first choice of law for cross-border disputes

  4. The arbitration institution is changed to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), and the arbitration language can be Chinese/Chinese
